At the Center for Living Wellness we’re bringing a new definition to group fitness – it’s a multi-dimensional concept that incorporates prevention and improvement through personalization. At the Center for Living Wellness all of our fitness therapy programs are run by qualified and experienced instructors in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art center that provides a safe and non-judgmental environment so you can achieve optimal well-being and a zest for living. We provide the emotional and motivational support to get you started and help you progress to the next level as desired.  Additionally, we provide advanced fitness assessments and peak performance analyses, so that together, we may determine the best fitness plan to achieve your fitness goals.

Our group fitness classes cater towards a vast spectrum of fitness levels and abilities of our members, from the new exercise participant through to the advanced athlete.  Entry level classes allow the newest member to feel completely at ease with the environment and experience, while being able to reap the rewards of cardio-respiratory fitness.
